Theatre Evening- Pride and Prejudice

After last years enourmous success of the production Midsummer Nights Dream, we are pleased to announce our next theatre break of Pride and Prejudice, based on the original novel by Jane Austin and performed by The Theatre Group Illyriah.

Stirk House is once again hosting the World Owl Trust AGM & DInner.

The event will be on Sunday 26th September 2010.

The format for the day is -

Arrive at the Hotel at your leisure, maybe taking advantage of our newly refurbished leisure centre for a swim and relaxation.

AGM Meeting commences at 1.30 pm in the Pendle Suite

Guided Tour with Tony Warburton around Stirk House Grounds, taking in all the species and visiting our Hide.

Welcome back to the Hotel for Homemade Sandwiches, Cakes, Tea and Coffee.

The Guest Speaker this year is Roy Dennis MBE, a foremost expert on birds of prey, seabirds and wildfowl and founder of the Highland Wildlife Foundation,  Roy has made several TV documentaries and is an inspiring speaker."
