Once they’re gone they’re gone, so be sure to book your room soon so you don’t miss out! Please note: A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your room booking.
Full payment is required at time of booking. We kindly ask that your pre-order of food be made no later than the 20th December 2026. Once you have booked you will be emailed a pre-order sheet to complete for your food orders and any special offer drinks packages that you would like to pre-order. Please advise of any dietary requirements for your party upon booking.
Cancellation policy for your tickets for the Party Night: In the unfortunate event you have to cancel, we will require 7 days or more notice in order to cancel the tickets and receive a refund (less a £12.00 per ticket admin fee). If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, please note that full ticket price remains as non-refundable due to all food being ordered, all details have been finalised and to cover the costs of the external entertainment companies.
