At Stirk House we have a number of modern function spaces available for you to hire for your next training day, conference or coffee meeting. Various dining options are available for our business guests as well as a large free car park, WiFi throughout the hotel, acres of estate grounds which can be used for outdoor team building activities.

Appointments are also available for private tours of the venue with a member of the Events Team.

Day Delegates

£38.50 per delegate

Our ready-made package for day delegates includes: 

Room hire, lunch, tea and coffee refreshments x 3 servings,

Pens, pads, flipchart, projector & screen, bottled water.

24-Hour Delegates

Prices start from £132.50 per room

If your meeting or conference requires an overnight stay, this package includes:

Room hire, lunch, tea and coffee refreshments x 3 servings,
pens, pads, flipchart, projector and screen.

3-course dinner, overnight accommodation, breakfast.

(*£30.00 per person allocation towards dinner)

Function Spaces

We have a range of versatile spaces here at Stirk House, including our magnificent Ballroom, the largest function room in the area. Our function rooms can all be customised to meet your specific requirements and are ideal for meetings and conferences from two to 200 delegates. 

The TV Room

Fashionably tucked away overlooking the lounge area, the ‘TV Room’ is a popular choice for smaller conferences and meetings. This room features a television screen with USB ports and the option to close the curtain to the window to the lounge for added exclusivity. This charming room is ideal for smaller corporate gatherings including breakfast meetings and interviews.

The Pendle Suite

Situated next to the Ballroom, the Pendle Suite is a wonderful contemporary space, illuminated with an abundance of natural light. This spacious suite can accommodate a variety of seating layouts, making it perfect for a diverse range of events including presentations, training sessions and conferences.

The Gallery

Predominantly used for wedding ceremonies at the hotel, the Gallery Suite is a charming location which can be found at the end of the impressive Conservatory area. The suite can comfortably facilitate up to 113 delegates. 

The Ballroom

If you’re looking for a spectacular space to hold your next large conference – Look no further than The Stirk House Ballroom.

This magnificent room has hosted a number of large galas, illustrious sportsman’s dinners and award ceremonies, including the Ribble Valley Business Awards. As well as ample space for up to 250 delegates, the Ballroom features a bar, a stage and an extension which can be utilised to maximise the space available.
