Breakfast/Housekeeping Manager

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent. Salary: £11.50-£12.50 per hour.

25-30 hours on a rota working 5/7 days (7am start). With the nature of this role, it will include weekend shift patterns.

The role: As Breakfast/Housekeeping Manager, you will bring an early morning smile and friendly personality to deliver the best start to the day for our guests. You will oversee breakfast service, providing the highest level of hospitality and service. Involves setting up the restaurant ready for breakfast, organising the buffet, taking orders, waiting on tables, clearing crockery and cleaning down the restaurant following service. Will be responsible for training and supervising the Breakfast Assistants. The Housekeeping Manager role will involve organising rotas for the team, carrying out room quality checks, dealing with the linen company, managing room clean costs and liaising with other department managers and company director.

We are looking for:

  • Previous food and beverage management experience, ideally as Breakfast Manager

Reservationist (2 days per week)

Job Type: Part-time (16 hours per week). Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour. 

We are looking to recruit a part-time Reservationist to work two days per week on a 7-day rota, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Answering the telephone, taking ownership of the call in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner.

Taking and inputting reservations whilst recording accurate details and requirements of guest bookings to ensure all relevant departments understand the requirements of the guest.

Processing all deposits and prepayments in line with company procedures.

Adopt a sales attitude at all times in order to maximise room sales, dining, additional extras for special occasions to contribute to overall sales targets.

To have full up-to-date knowledge of the hotel, packages and services.

Negotiating and flexing rates.

Taking all opportunities to upsell at each point of contact.

Reporting on daily figures, updating spreadsheets for management and department heads.

Answering emails.

Liaising with all departments.

General administration duties.

Will include some shifts based in the hotel reception area assisting the Front of House staff on busy days

Social media posting.

Monitoring internet presence, reviews and responding to guest feedback.

Understanding and following GDPR policies whilst respecting the companies and guests’ confidentiality.

Ensure all reservation correspondence is completed and dealt with accurately, promptly and sent to the guest in a timely manner.


  • Previous experience in a similar establishment​.
  • IT literacy with experience of packages such as Rezlynx, Open Table, Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
  • Friendly & professional work ethic.
  • Numeracy skills for banking.
  • Ability to be calm and to deal with customer requests.
  • Have a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer care & communication skills.
  • You should be passionate about hospitality and be customer focused.


16 hours (working 2 days out of 7)

9:00 – 17:00 shifts with flexibility to work alternative hours dependant on business needs.

Flexibility will be essential.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £9.00 – £11.00 per hour

Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: £24,000.00 per year

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly hard-working team.

This is a varied role working across the food and beverage departments – restaurant, bar and events.

Various shifts are involved working full-time between 7:00am-11:00pm on a rota covering 7 days per week.

Previous hospitality experience is essential and the ability and confidence to supervise on each department.

Excellent customer service skills and friendly professional nature are essential.

**Own transport is essential due to location**.
