Dogs are welcome to stay in our comfortable guest rooms situated in The Lodge. All of the rooms in The Lodge feature the most spectacular views of the grounds at the hotel and the surrounding countryside – Perfect to look out at whilst planning your next adventure with your pup!

The Lodge is just a short walk from the main house, and all of the rooms are ground level. One of our most popular suites (51), is located in The Lodge and is available for you to book as part of our dog-friendly stays. This impressive suite includes a spacious bedroom and separate lounge with your own private dining area.

We want all of our four-legged guests to feel right at home during their adventure at Stirk House. That’s why we’ve created a special welcome pack filled with thoughtful touches to make your stay extra special.

Every dog-friendly stay includes a dog towel, bowl, non-slip mat, and a pot of tasty treats. We kindly ask that these items be returned upon departure. However, if you’d like to keep them, these are available to purchase for £15.95.

At Stirk House, we’re lucky to be surrounded by so many fun and exciting places to explore. Venture out with your pup and visit spots like Malham Cove, Beacon Fell Country Park, or the famous Pendle Hill.

The Ribble Valley offers plenty of scenic adventures, walking trails, and stunning views. We can recommend lots of fantastic walking spots and dog-friendly days out. We also have 22 acres of beautiful estate grounds, an ancient forest and a nature trail right on our doorstep. As we do have several animals that live in the Estate Grounds we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead and under control so as not to frighten any wildlife. After a busy day, unwind and relax in the comfort of your cosy room.
