As well as our comfortable guest rooms in The Lodge, well-behaved dogs are also welcome in The Conservatory, Lounge, Bar and Patio areas of the hotel, provided they’re on their lead. One dog per room can join you for your stay for a nightly charge of £20.00. As we do have a number of animals that live in the Estate Grounds we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead and under control so as not to frighten any wildlife.
Walkies! The Local Area
At Stirk House we’re lucky to be surrounded by so many picturesque locations and fabulous places for spend the day exploring. Venue out with your pup and head to places like Gisburn Forest, Beacon Fell Country Park or the famous Pendle Hill.

The Lodge
Dogs are welcome to stay in our comfortable guest rooms situated in The Lodge. All of the rooms in The Lodge feature the most spectacular views of the grounds at the hotel and the surrounding countryside – Perfect to look out at whilst planning your next adventure with your pup!
The Lodge is just a short walk from the main house, and all of the bedrooms in this charming building are ground level. One of our most popular suites (51), is located in The Lodge and is available for you to book as part of our dog-friendly stays. This impressive suite includes a spacious bedroom and separate lounge with your own private dining area.
