COVID POLICY: In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your tickets, you have until 7 days before the event to cancel and receive a refund, less a £12.00 per ticket fee to cover the cost of the act. Anything cancelled within 7 days of the event is non-refundable, due to all food being ordered and the event details being finalised. The £50.00 bedroom deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your bedroom, the deposit will remain non-refundable but no further payments will be required. You can move the booking to an alternative date, or exchange the deposit for a voucher.
